Web Beacons: Components of the Service and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the companies, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).
Location Information : We will track location information of Senders and Drivers in order to facilitate the Service. For example, Senders will be able to see the location of a Driver while the Driver is in the process of delivering a Shipment. Use location may also be tracked in connection with our use of automatic data collection technologies, such as Google Analytics.
DisclosureYou may set your web browser to transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to websites and online services you visit. At this time, we do not respond to or alter our practices when our systems receive a Do Not Track signal from a user’s web browser. We may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, as well as from other third parties. Examples of the information we receive from other sources include: social media profile information; marketing leads and search results and links, including paid listings (such as sponsored links).
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Site or App. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Disclosure to Other Users: When you share personal information relating to a Shipment, or otherwise if and where information may be shared publicly in the App, such personal information may be viewed and retained by other Users. We share information about Senders, Drivers, Shipments and Shipment delivery status, which may include some personal information, in order to facilitate the delivery process and other features of the Service. We cannot prevent Users from retaining such information outside the Service, so your information may be publicly distributed outside the Service in perpetuity.
Compliance with Laws: We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process, such as in response to a court order or a subpoena (including in response to public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements).
Vital Interests and Legal Rights We may disclose your information where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding potential violations of our policies, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person and illegal activities, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.
Vendors, Consultants, and Other ThirdParty Service Providers: We may share your data with third party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. eBoxchain aims to provide transparency, security, and accessibility when it comes to your personal data.
You may request a copy of your personal data from us at any time. If you request a copy of your data, we will provide you a copy in a structured, electronic format.
You may also request that your personal data be corrected if you believe it is incorrect or incomplete, or that it be deleted entirely. We will delete your personal data upon your request if you send us a request with a description of the basis for your request; however, we may first restrict processing of your data as permitted under applicable law in order to assess your request prior to any deletion of data.
Finally, you may object to our processing of your personal data, or request that we restrict the processing of your personal data. If you request that we restrict processing of your data, we will stop processing your data, but we may still store your data as permitted under applicable law pending an assessment of your request.
We may not be able to delete your personal data except by also deleting your account, if applicable. We may not be able to accommodate a request to change or delete information if we determine the change would violate any law or legal requirement, or if such change would cause the information to be incorrect. We may not be able to delete the personal data of a Recipient that was retained by a Sender after it was shared with the Sender in connection with facilitating and/or processing a Delivery Request for the Recipient, and we encourage you to contact all Senders with which you placed a Delivery Request at any time in order to request deletion of your information by the Senders.
You may revoke consent to our processing activities that are based on your consent, if and when applicable. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products or services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent.

If you fail to provide personal information when it is required by law or necessary for us to perform our obligations under a contract with you, we may not be able to perform the contract. For example, if you fail to provide us with your billing information to pay for Delivery Services through your account or if you fail to provide valid bank account information if you are a driver, we may not be able to process a Delivery Request or pay you for Delivery Services.
